The Spice & Tea Exchange of Pittsburgh is looking for enthusiastic, sales-motivated associates who know that great sales start with great conversations. We're looking for exceptional listeners who ask thoughtful questions, build trust, and turn genuine connections into sales, helping customers discover products and flavors they never knew they'd love!

What You'll Do
- Learn about and share our unique collection of teas, spices, seasonings, and culinary gifts.
- Welcome customers and create engaging, personalized shopping experiences.
- Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and recommend products and pairings that match customers' interests.
- Meet individual sales goals while contributing to daily store revenue targets.
- Maintain displays, replenish merchandise, process transactions, and support daily store operations.
